The Top 10 Things to do in Tampa during November is a virtual cornucopia of fun.  Everything from RibFest to Neighborhood Tours pumping from November 1st to the 30th.  The weather is absolutely heavenly with almost no humidity, sea breezes and a balmy 75-80 degrees everyday. It is this heady mix that makes Tampa Bay the perfect spot for festivals, carnivals and and events.

Things To Do In Tampa November Happenings :

4th annual Pig Jig Tampa

November 8th, 2014, 2pm-10pm
600 North Ashley Drive, Tampa, Florida 33602

Pig Jig is the event in Tampa with tons of BBQ, music and fun.  It initially began with friends offering financial support for kidney disease– this event has grown into a lot of good fun for a cause.  Do not miss it.

5th Annual Tampa Bay VegFest 2014

November 8th, 10am-5pm
601 Old Water Street, Tampa 33602

VegFest is all about the local restaurants and stores with vegetarian and vegan foods.  They will have live music, fun and games for kids and animal adoptions!! VegFest will have cooking demonstrations, well-known local and national speakers, as well as healthy-living and eco-friendly exhibitors.

RibFest 2014

November 14th-16th, 11am-midnight

People from all over the state travel to RibFest.  RibFest is a St. Pete tradition and has been for eons because the food is what makes it a local tradition.  If you love “Q” you will love RibFest.  Ribbers from all over come and try to be the best at RibFest and you get to eat all the “Q” you can handle. It is all for a great cause.

Alonzo King LINES Ballet

November 15, 7:30pm

Focusing on contemporary ballet with movements based on new expressive potential, combined with traditional  cultural roots.  The Alonzo King LINES Ballet will be in Tampa Bay for one day only.

Anberlin at Jannus Live

November 25th, 6pm
200 1st Avenue North, St Peterburg, Florida 33711

Anberlin are having their farewell tour and is stopping in St Pete for one day only.  Do not mis it.

Zoofari Lowry Park Zoo

November 8th, 7pm  $65 per person ahead and $90 at the gate.
1101 West Sligh Avenue, Tampa Florida 33604

Bring a big appetite and party at Zoofari.  50 local restaurants are sponsoring this fundraising event and VIP Rhino Club ticket packages are available at $1,250.  Live music and a silent auction round out the night– all in support of animal conversation.

Touch a Truck

November 15th, 9am-10pm
123 East Livingston Street, Orlando, Florida 32801

Touch a Truck is the event to foster trust between First Responders and the children of the community.  Kids get to climb up on squad cars, fire trucks, EMT vehicles and learn to appreciate and trust the First Responders Community.  $5 per child over 4-years of age.

BungalowFest 2014

November 1st , 7pm-10pm and November 2nd, 10am-4pm
Historic Kenwood Neighborhood
2955 Central Avenue, St Petersburg, Florida

The Historic Kenwood Neighborhood community is a close-knit group of people that have a great deal of pride in their ‘hood.  This neighborhood is preserving itself by group effort. It has turned around one of the most beautiful neighborhoods from disrepair into fabulousness.  95% of the homes in the Kenwood area are now on the historic register.  They are opening their homes for tour and it is something you do not want to miss.  This year the event kicks off with a ball the night before, November 1st.

12th Annual Planters Ball

The Planters Ball is a casual evening outdoors with live music, silent auction, beer brewed locally and wine.  The ball helps support the sustainable organic food community through their CSA and educational programs.

Smoke on the River 2014

November 15th, 5pm–10pm
600 North Ashely Drive, Tampa 33602

Chili cook off, live music, beer and hand-rolled cigars round out the Smoke not the River night.  Unlimited chili sampling is only $10, unlimited beer sampling $20 and you can have both for $30.
